The routine for homes APRSI maintains is very straight-forward. Each home is inspected, secured, repaired, cleaned and then maintained on a weekly basis by a crew out of APRSI’s fleet of Maintenance Crews. A team of APRSI Inspectors evaluate every property on a routine basis to guarantee the quality of work meets APRSI’s high standards. Emergency repairs are handled 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Pictures are taken throughout the entire process. The objective is for each home that is maintained by APRSI "to be the BEST on the block."
